Since 1982 the Hermanos of La Unidad Latina have upheld values of academic excellence, community service, and cultural awareness at numerous university and college campuses across the nation. Currently, more than 500 undergraduate Hermanos hold an executive leadership position where they enforce the values of La Fraternidad and experience both personal and academic growth.

This experience is further enhanced by our diverse network of alumni who are well established in fields such as education, social work, medicine, law, finance, and technology. Alumni Hermanos also uphold the values of La Fraternidad in order to continue serving the community as an organization. The alumni network is a direct source of knowledge and support for all undergraduate Hermanos as they embark on their careers.

The professional support between Hermanos is one example of how we aim to build an organization with common goals and values. Our shared experiences are the base for a strong sense of brotherhood in which we trust. Wherever our paths may take us, we are assured that we may depend on La Fraternidad "Para Siempre" (forever).
